Most issues are solved by checking your subscription status, internet connection, or updating to the latest app version.
I bought PRO but my account is still free
- Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple / Google account used for the purchase.
- Open NoteMeet, go to Settings → Restore purchases.
- Check that your internet connection is stable while restoring.
Record limit or time limit reached
- Free users have a limited recording time per month.
- Upgrade to PRO Weekly or PRO Annually to increase your limit.
- If you are already PRO but still see this message, log out and log in again, then try a new recording.
My notes or meetings are missing
- First, confirm you are logged in to the correct NoteMeet account (email / login method).
- Check your internet connection so data can sync properly.
- If you recently reinstalled the app, wait a few minutes for sync to complete.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not directly inside NoteMeet:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NoteMeet → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NoteMeet → Cancel.
